Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services (KIDS), a non-governmental and non-profitable organization is working in the field of Health, Agriculture, Climate Change, Livelihood, Good Governance, and Water and Sanitation since 2005 is inviting applications from the interested Nepalese candidates who are eligible, accountable, and have the ability to deliver results with the highest level of integrity for the following positions:
1. Program: TB and HIV Program
- Position: Field Coordinator (TB HIV)
- Required No.: 1 (One)
- Duty Station: Surkhet
Required Qualifications and experience:
- Master's degree with BPH, or Master in Public Health (MPH)
- 3 years of relevant working experience, including project management
- Excellent coordination skills with government and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good computer skills and excellent ability to communicate in English and Nepali language both verbal and written.
- Valid Driving License ( 2 Wheeler)
The major role of the position:
- Effective implementation of TB and HIV program in program districts in close coordination and collaboration with the province and local government
2. Program: TB and HIV Program
- Position: Administrative / Finance Officer (TB HIV)
- Required No.: 1 (One)
- Duty Station: Surkhet
Required Qualifications and experience:
- At least Bachelor Degree in Management
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience, especially administrative work and overall financial management in NGO.
- Good computer skill
The major role of the position:
- Support and track an overall financial transaction in assigned program districts
3. Program: TB Program
- Position: District Program Coordinator (DPC)
- Required No.: 5 (Five)
- Duty Station: Rolpa, Salyan, Kalikot, Bardiya and Dailekh
Required Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Public Health
- 2 years of relevant working experience in public health program management implementation including TB
- Excellent coordination skills with government and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good computer skill and excellent ability to communicate in English and Nepali language both verbal and written.
- Valid Driving License (2 Wheeler)
The major role of the position:
- Effective implementation of TB program in program district in close coordination and collaboration with Health Service Offices/ Health Office and local government
4. Program: HIV Program
- Position: Program Officer
- Required No.: 2 (Two)
- Duty Station: Surkhet and Nawalparasi West
Required Qualifications and experience:
- At least Bachelor Degree-preferred Public Health/ Nursing
- 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent coordination skills with government and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good computer skills and excellent ability to communicate in English and Nepali language both verbal and written.
- Valid Driving License (2 Wheeler)
The major role of the position:
- Effective implementation of HIV program in program district in close coordination and collaboration with Public Health Service Offices/ Health Office and local governments
5. Program: HIV Program
- Position: M&E Officer
- Required No.: 1 (One)
- Duty Station: Rupandehi
Required Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2 years of working experience in M&E related works
- Good computer skills for data management and excellent ability to communicate in English and Nepali language both verbal and written.
- Valid Driving License (2 Wheeler) Major role of the position
- Ensure quality data management and maintain quality reporting of HIV program.
